Quarterly report
is a financial report issued every three months. Public companies are required to file quarterly financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Form 10-Q. Quarterly reports usually contain unaudited financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of changes in financial position (along with related footnotes). Usually quarterly reports also have a business overview.
